		<description>I have a friend who&#039;s daughter ordered a pair of Ugg shoes from nordstroms.com. When they arrived in the mail they were the wrong size. She contacted her local nordstroms retailer and they profusely apologized and sent her a new pair of Uggs (very expensive shoes by the way) AND let her keep the other ones!</description>
